Rockstar has no ties with rock music.

A lot of speculations were made for the movie Rockstar. Expectations were high and yes the music had already set everything on fire. After a long time A.R Rehman had come up with something really nice. Firstly, the movie Rockstar is NOT about Rock Music. This goes to all the rock music lovers who were deeply hurt by the movie. They said "the movie ruined rock music". Maybe the Rock lovers owe themselves a mere insight about how to watch a movie. The movie talks about a passionate guy and in this case it could have been picturised on a painter or a photographer, traveler/guide who for the sake of his love.... The movie has an amazing picturisation, and the key elements which can only be noticed when you scrutinize the scenes, the characters. The movie talks about absolute freedom which everyone is entitled to and the same is conveyed by 'sadda haq'. But an absolute freedom will surely lead to an end. The story is more concerned towards the life of the protagonist which is enacted by a passionate musician. Watch the movie and before doing so keep your 'headphones' aside.
And yes its not Jim Morrison's biography, its NOT about Rock Music.

I fear of the day when bomb attacks will lead to natural deaths.

I was backpacking in Himachal Pradesh when I met these young people from Israel. The young travelers who had completed their army and had come to India. The three x army employees were traveling in the northern part of India since months. I returned to Delhi from Himachal in a week and these real travelers continued to explore various passes of Himachal, and then Ladakh, Kashmir, Rishikesh. Yesterday, one of them had left for Israel and I had a great time showing Talia, the capital city which was a contrast to all the country side locations, villages, hills she went through. Talia had messaged me about her Delhi arrival through facebook and we thus panned to meet.
'The people tree' store in Connaught Place. At around 11A.M i get a call from a friend who informs me about a bomb blast outside the Delhi High court. It wasnt a jolt because a same incident happened on 13 july 2011 and so on... but I was somewhere ashamed. I was accompanying a friend who wasnt from India and had to communicate to her about the blast. the Irony is that the moment i got the call we were busy selecting t shirts on 'world peace'. The t shirt we purchased said 'how many times will the cannon balls fly before they are forever banned' yes delhi was unsafe on that very day.

The entire day was consumed visiting Delhi Hatt, Humayuns Tomb, Agrasen ki Baoli, and finally Khan market. I hope my friend has reached back her home safe and fine. The same night Delhi gets a few tremors of an earthquake. 6.6 on the richter scale. but it was actually 4. something. Had it been a 6.6, something like Bhuj would have had happened to Delhi. Several natural deaths. but suddenly i realized the share of natural deaths was being taken over by the blast in the morning. Alas! I fear of the day when bomb attacks will lead to natural deaths.

if there was an exam of facebook

the datesheet is out and the students feel unfortunate that they have got just one day preparatory leave after the chemistry exam for the facebook exam. a group of girls who just giggle in the glass have no worries. they had solved all the last year question papers of facebook and had regularly practiced this subject. they master facebook. the facebook question paper comprises of 3 levels of questions. the levels are 1. easy, 2. medium, 3. hard

questions that fall in the first category are like -how to add a friend, -can you change your password regularly,-give steps to view the pictures,-how to tag your friend in your albums.

the second category tests you on a few subjective matters and also asks you the reasons. - which application do you use the most and why? - how many farms do you own, what step do you use to be on the top.-steps to block unwanted people.

and finally the third level is difficult. -is it possible to find out the ones who have blocked you? how?. -pen down the life history of mark zuckeberg, how to cope with the chat window problem?

an hour before the exam. students wait outside the exam center glued to their phones, laptops, and they are chatting with each other .some blaming the internet operator for the slow service. some cursing themselves for spending more time on twitter or orkut.

the giggling girls have still no worries. they have multiple accounts, their excessive dedication to this subject have even brought 'nagrajan swami' to approach them seeking for last minute tips.

and as usual, the number of parents waiting outside the exam center is no less. but none of them is disturbed or shattered because they all know their kid will surely prove out HER/his late night practicals being online. who says we dot burn the midnight oil. we even surpass the midnight and keep on burning till the dawn at times.

and the scotland stole the show!

i was surfing the net and trying to search the scotland video that was shown during the closing ceremony of the delhi 2010 commonwealth games. i had watched the video once and that too in the stadium. you tube was disappointing at first but later i found the same video which was posted by the BBC.
the closing ceremony was just boring, but what stole the show was the performance by the scotland people. that was simply amazing, something all the viewers wanted to see after a lot of 'indian cultural monotonous performances' basically india had nothing much to show other than the 'cultural and traditional performances. thats good but a lot of stuff was being repeated so something that energized the crowd was the scotish performance. there was short video about scotland with just music which was followed by the presentation on the field. well the short video takes you through scotland. the performance on the field was initiated by bagpipe music and that was motivating, encouraging...

so by the end of the show the stadium had almost everyone crazy. the indian bollywood music was something that could easily engulf the attention of thousands of indians dancing at the frolicking. and that was the time we were being fooled something that would be crazy for the VIP and foreign elites was being used to involve the indian man to jump on his seat where at he same time the 'important' people and the players were being taken to buses and cars. finally the stadium had maximum no. of indians dancing unknowing the fact that they were made to dance to avoid crowding and stampede at the exit gates.

like to like on facebook?

its really disappointing that for a common man internet has become a source of pleasure or stress buster. its very convenient for one to 'like' some facebook page? infact you click and it makes you feel that your click made a difference but IT DID NOT.

well now you are a part of a group of people who are undoubtedly genuine, they are not the so called corrupt politicians whom we condemn. but what difference are they making.
a page devoted to arushi talwar, and you will find every idiot bursting his frustration through his comments. and he is an idiot because he is curious to know about peoples' comments.
is utsav sharma a villain? going through the page shows how frustrated we are. good job utsav, bharat ratna for you. you are a hero.politicians should be hanged, qasab should be hanged, system kharab hai and the same comments continue. the followers also continue to increase thinking that a mere group on a social networking site will bring a change.

the number of people online, drastically increases after 9 and i wonder like the population is progressing infinte likes are being made, updated every moment after 9.

all are involved in search of their temporary likes.
they watched the jessica movie, came out with appreciations just because the entire struggle was presented in 3 hours or maybe less than that. someones struggle, pain, grieve of about 7 years if presented in 3 hours can never be justified.

BUT we all are busy and like to lighten up our subconscious like i have done through this writing.
